The Righteous and Justice Party’s core policies, guided by Christian principles:

• Upholding moral integrity: Promoting policies aligned with biblical values, such as compassion, forgiveness, and justice.
• Protecting life: Advocating for the sanctity of life, from conception to natural death.
• Family values: Supporting traditional family structures and marriage.
• Economic justice: Fostering economic policies that promote fairness, equality, and opportunity for all.
• Education: Encouraging education that incorporates moral and ethical teachings.
• Community development: Investing in community programs that promote social cohesion and support vulnerable communities.
• Environmental stewardship: Caring for God’s creation through sustainable practices and environmental protection.
• Governance: Ensuring transparency, accountability, and integrity in government.
• Human rights: Protecting and promoting human rights, while upholding moral and ethical standards.

Preamble

We, the members of the Righteous and Justice Party, guided by our faith in God and our commitment to uphold divine principles, establish this constitution as the foundation of our party. Our mission is to promote justice, righteousness, and compassion in governance, reflecting God’s will in our policies and actions.

We believe that South Africa belongs to all who live in it.

As per our country's constitution in the Bill of Rights (Chapter 2) we also believe that “everyone has the right to freedom of conscience, religion, thought, belief and opinion” in so far as it is consistent with the Bible and God’s laws.

Article I: Core Values

• Faith-Based Governance: Our party is founded on the principles of faith, morality, and ethics derived from God’s teachings. We strive to align our policies and decisions with divine guidance.
• Justice and Righteousness: We commit to promoting justice, fairness, and righteousness in all aspects of governance, ensuring equal treatment and opportunities for all citizens.
• Compassion and Empathy: We prioritize compassion, empathy, and care for the vulnerable, reflecting God’s love and mercy in our actions.

Article II: Party Structure

• Leadership: The party will be led by the President and Vice-President;  both will oversee party operations and ensure adherence to our core values. The Vice-President will automatically succeed the President as the leader of the party, as and when the current President either resigns or by death.
• National Convention: The National Convention, comprising delegates from all regions, will be the highest decision-making body, meeting biannually to decide party direction and policies.
• Regional Chapters: Regional chapters will be established to promote party activities, engage with local communities, and ensure representation at all levels.

Article III: Membership

• Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals who share our core values, agree to uphold this constitution, and demonstrate a commitment to our mission and vision.
• Rights and Responsibilities: Members have the right to participate in party activities, vote in elections, and hold office. They are responsible for upholding party principles, contributing to party activities, and promoting our mission and vision.

Article IV: Policy Development

• Guiding Principles: Our policies will be guided by divine principles, reflecting our commitment to justice, righteousness, and compassion.
• Policy Development Process: Policies will be developed through a consultative process, involving party members, experts, and stakeholders, ensuring that our policies are effective and aligned with our core values.

Article V: Electoral Process

• Candidate Selection: Candidates will be selected based on their commitment to our core values, integrity, and ability to represent our party’s mission and vision.
• Campaign Principles: Our electoral campaigns will be conducted with integrity, respect and transparency, reflecting our party’s values.

Article VI: Accountability

• Oversight: A National Ethics Committee will be established to ensure party members adhere to our core values and constitution.
• Disciplinary Action: Disciplinary action will be taken against members who violate party principles or engage in conduct detrimental to the party’s mission and vision.

Article VII: Amendments

This constitution can be amended by a two-third majority vote at the National Convention, ensuring that changes reflect the will of the party members and align with our core values.

Article VIII: Final Provisions

• Ratification: This constitution will be ratified by the founding members and come into effect immediately.
• Review and Revision: This constitution will be reviewed and revised as necessary to ensure it remains relevant and effective in guiding our party’s mission and vision.

By adopting this constitution, we the members of the Righteous and Justice Party, commit to working together to promote justice, righteousness, and compassion in governance, guided by our faith in God and our dedication to His way.

We, the Righteous and Justice Party, stand on the principles of unwavering faith in God’s sovereignty and guidance. Our mission is to govern according to divine wisdom, upholding the values of righteousness, justice and compassion.

Core Beliefs

Bring Back the Bible in Schools: 

• Reinstate Biblical principles and moral education as a foundation for shaping the values and discipline of the next generation.
• Encourage respect, integrity and responsibility through faith-based teaching.

Eliminate Housing Problems:

• Ensure affordable, safe and dignified housing for all citizens.
• Develop sustainable housing projects that uplift communities and restore human dignity.

Create Jobs Through Local Production:

• Prioritize local industries, agriculture and manufacturing to reduce unemployment.
• Invest in small businesses and entrepreneurship to strengthen the local economy.

Improve Living Conditions:

• Address the lack of clean water, electricity and proper sanitation in under developed areas.
• Commit to equitable development that reaches rural and marginalized communities.

Remove Ungodly Laws:

• Repeal legislation that undermines moral, cultural and Biblical values.
• Promote laws that protect families, uphold righteousness and honour God.

Reinstate the Death Penalty:

• Enforce stronger measures against heinous crimes to protect innocent lives.
• Deter violence and lawlessness by ensuring justice is firm and fair.

God’s Sovereignty: 

• We acknowledge God’s supreme authority in all aspects of life, including governance.

Moral Integrity:

• Our policies will reflect biblical values, promoting a society that honours God.

Justice and Equality: 

• We strive for fairness and equality, protecting the vulnerable and upholding the dignity of all individuals.

Compassion and Service: 

• Our government will prioritize serving the needy, the marginalized and the oppressed.

• Encouraging fair economic practices, protecting workers’ rights and supporting entrepreneurship.

Family and Community: 

• Strengthening families, promoting marriage and supporting community initiatives.

Social Welfare: 

• Providing a safety net for the vulnerable, while empowering them towards self-sufficiency.
